We tore this one down to the studs, removed a center bearing wall, a large masonry fireplace and opened the house to the backyard with a large sliding door to help make the small footprint live large. We added space to the back primary bedroom and a covered outdoor living area and did all this with help from our friends at Bethany Rydmark Landscapes, Katy Krider Interiors, and Ostmo Construction
