Montclair Poolhouse
With our friends at Ostmo Construction, we added a pool house to one of the Montclair Neighborhood’s classic ranch homes. It contains the pool equipment, bathroom, changing area, outdoor shower, and also a covered outdoor kitchen, bar, and living space complete with fireplace and tv for the big games. And while the structure is new, we salvaged and restored the original garage lantern and weather vane found in a shed on the property and gave it new life.
