We took this one down to the studs, removed a hulking two-sided fireplace and existing interior walls to create a plan that opens from the front yard to the back and floods the living spaces with light. We also added a primary suite and a covered outdoor area at the back, both of which open to a gorgeous south facing yard with landscape design by Bethany Rydmark. We collaborated with Heidi Semler on the interior finishes and the gang at Ostmo Construction to make it happen.
